Portable Diagnostic Centrifuge To support medical staff working in remote locations, HUCKdesign℠, a service of MPR’s Product Development Group, supplied all industrial design work for a portable diagnostic centrifuge, able to provide rapid and accurate diagnoses of tropical diseases in the field. The industrial design of this self-powered device was meant to emphasize its advanced technology and still allow for operation in extreme conditions. The form and exterior details were designed to resist breakage and to facilitate cleaning. |
